Refund policy

Returns 
Our Returns Policy lasts 14 days.  If 14 days have passed since you’re the receipt of your products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To return your item(s) you must ship it back to us

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, accordingly.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Please, be kindly informed that the delivery costs that you were charged when purchasing the item on the eshop will not be refunded. You will only be refunded for the amount you have paid for the desired item.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange the items you purchased for the same item, send us an email to info@unclemarco.com and return your item to:
